Learned counsels for both parties submit that matter has been settled in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 09.12.2025. The settlement is there on record.

Two demand drafts of ₹10,00,000/- and ₹15,00,000/- aggregating to a sum of ₹25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs only) have been handed over in Court today by learned counsel for the respondent to the father of the appellant-wife, Mr. Kaptan Singh Dabas, in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 09.12.2025. 3.

Father of the appellant-wife, Mr. Kaptan Singh Dabas present in court acknowledges receipt of the aforesaid demand drafts. counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present appeals in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 09.12.2025. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same.

Accordingly, both appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 09.12.2025. 5.

The Settlement Agreement shall remain the part of the decree. 6.

Pending applications, If any, shall also stand disposed of accordingly.
