This application is moved on behalf of the parties seeking to withdraw an amount of Rs.20 lacs, which stands deposited with this Court vide order dated 17.05.2023.

The present matter arises from a reference made by the learned CMM, South West, Dwarka District for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondent.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the amount of Rs.20 lacs deposited with the Registrar General with the accrued interest be released to the petitioner forthwith. 4.

Further, in terms of the order of this Court dated 20.12.2022, a sum of Rs.25,000/- by way of FD, which was taken as a lien for The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. ensuring appearance of the respondent in the present proceedings, is allowed to be released in favour of the respondent. 5.
