By virtue of the present application, the petitioners seek appropriate directions exempting them from physical appearance before the learned Trial Court till the final disposal of the present petition. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law before the learned Trial Court. 3.

Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
