This is a petition under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('the Act') seeking enforcement of the award dated 15.12.2016. Learned counsel submits that even though the JD's challenge to the said award under both Sections 34 and 37 of the Act stands rejected, it transpires that the award has not been stamped, and therefore, learned counsel for the decree holder seeks leave to withdraw the present petition to enable the decree holder to take
requisite steps. He, however, prays for liberty to file a fresh enforcement petition after getting the award duly stamped. 3.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
