This application has been preferred on behalf of the applicant under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.397/2019 dated 13.08.2019 under Sections 3/4 of Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999 registered at PS: Hari Nagar.

After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to take recourse to appropriate proceedings to challenge the order declaring the applicant a Proclaimed Offender on 13.05.2024.

Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law. Pending application also stands disposed of.
