This writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for to the petitioner to approach the competent authority under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, as admittedly petitioner is a workman and, in fact, even as per the petitioner a case has been filed by the petitioner against the self same employer/respondent no. 3 before the competent authority under the Industrial Disputes Act. 2.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
