The present application under Section 151 of the CPC seeks the following prayers: - "a. Extend the time to vacate the suit shop i.e. one shop on the ground floor of premises bearing no. WZ- 13311, Ring Road, Naraina, New Delhi- 110028 till 30.10.2026 and/or b. Pass any other such orders this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the latter limits his prayer to vacating the subject shop within a period of 1 week from today.

In view of the above, the present application is disposed of, by taking on record the said undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.
