O R D E R

The present application has been filed seeking interim bail in connection with FIR no. 117/2023, under Sections 15/25/29 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Crime Branch, North on the ground that the petitioner has to get his minor daughter aged about 6 years enrolled in the school.

Notice was issued to the State with direction to file a status report. A status report has been handed over in the Court, the same is taken on record. 3.

A perusal of the status report shows that it has been verified that the petitioner has a minor child aged about 6 years. Further the rented accommodation where the wife of the petitioner is residing, has also been verified.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to grant interim bail to the petitioner for a period of two weeks from the date of his release. interim bail for a period of two weeks subject to his furnishing a Personal Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- and one Surety Bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate, further subject to the following conditions:- a) Petitioner shall not leave Delhi without prior permission of the Court. b) Petitioner shall appear before the Court as and when the matter is taken up for hearing.

c) Petitioner shall provide mobile number to the IO concerned which shall be kept in working condition at all times and he shall not change the mobile number without prior intimation to the Investigating Officer concerned. d) Petitioner shall not indulge in any criminal activity and shall not communicate with or come in contact with the witnesses. 5.

Upon expiry of period of two weeks as stated above, the petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent. 6.

The application stands disposed of.

Copy of the order be forwarded to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary compliance and information.
