Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the plaintiff has not filed the Court Fees within the extended time granted by this Court vide order dated 02.08.2024. He states that the appropriate orders may be passed in the suit.

This order is being passed in continuation to order dated 02.08.2024. The plaintiff filed this suit on 08.06.2023 and has failed to deposit the Court fees for over a year. The time to pay Court fees was extended lastly until 05.08.2024. Sufficient time has been granted and extended to the plaintiff to pay the Court fees. In view of the admitted failure of the plaintiff, the present suit is rejected under Order VII Rule 11(c) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC).

All pending applications stand dismissed.
