This petition is filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.198/2024 under Sections 376 IPC & Section 6 POCSO Act registered at PS Khajuri Khas. The date of incident is 2nd December 2022, complaint was filed on 20th July 2023 and the FIR was registered on 5th March 2024. The Court granted interim protection to the petitioner by order dated 2nd May 2024. 2.

It is stated by APP for the State, on instructions form IO, that petitioner duly joined and cooperated in investigation; investigation is complete and charge sheet has been filed.

In light of the above, the Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner is entitled to anticipatory bail. Consequently, in the event of arrest the petitioner may not be arrested on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25, 000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the arresting officer/IO/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that the petitioner will join investigation as and when directed and not influence any witness/complainant/victim or tamper with evidence of the case. 4.
