Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present writ petition. 2.

However, this Court notes the Status Report dated 2nd August, 2023, filed on behalf of Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), wherein, it is stated that the MCD has initiated action for demolition, as well as sealing against the property in question, i.e., Property no. 15/376, Trilokpuri, Delhi110091. 3.

Accordingly, it is directed that the MCD shall take further action against the unauthorised construction existing in the property in question, and bring the proceedings to its logical end. 4.

Noting the aforesaid, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
