Once again none appears for the accused/applicant. On last two consecutive dates also none appeared for the accused/applicant. On 22.01.2026, the predecessor bench granted final opportunity to counsel for accused/applicant to join the hearing, but despite that, on 10.02.2026 also none appeared and matter is listed today.
