The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking extension of interim bail in FIR No.0498/2018 that was granted by an order dated 07.08.2020 in Bail Application No.2058/2020. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that by virtue of the order dated 24.08.2020 passed by the Full Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 3037/2020 captioned 'Court on its Own Motion v. State and Ors.', all interim orders including orders granting interim bail are to be extended till 31.10.2020.
