% 13.07.2017 In view of the order made in W.P.(C) 4974/1999, on 12.07.2017 which in turn had followed the previous orders of this Court in 'Atul Kumar Sharma & Ors. vs. The Hon'ble High Court of Delhi' [W.P.(C) 4077-84/2004, decided on 23.10.2009] and the subsequent judgment - 'Atul Kumar Sharma & Ors. vs. The Hon'ble High Court of Delhi & Ors.' - in the same petition which had followed the Supreme Court order in 'Ashok Kumar Verma vs. Atul Kumar Sharma' [Civil Appeal No.5839/2012, on 15.12.2013], this petition cannot be maintained. In these circumstances, the Court also notices that this petition was directed to be listed along with W.P.(C) 4974/1999 which was disposed of on 12.07.2017. Furthermore, during the pendency of the proceedings, the petitioner has also superannuated from the service. The writ petition is dismissed. Pending application also stands disposed of.
