The counsel for the plaintiff has presented a copy of the order dated 12th October, 2023 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Transfer Petition (Civil) No. 1524/2022 titled as 'Eris Lifesciences Limited V. Alkem Laboratories Limited'. The same has also been placed on record by the Registry of this Court.

As per the said order, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has directed that the proceedings in this matter be sent to the Calcutta High Court to be heard along with the other connected matters filed by the defendant in the Commercial Court/District Court of Ahmedabad.

Accordingly, the parties may approach the Registry of the Calcutta High Court at the earliest and no later than 19th January, 2024 for further directions.
