Petitioner, who is defending a suit which is commercial in nature, challenges order dated 07.03.2024.

At the very outset, Mr. Naman Sabharwal, learned counsel for petitioner, however, informs that the present petition has become infructuous as the suit in question has already been dismissed by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 10.12.2024.

In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the fact that the suit is no longer pending before the learned Trial Court, the present petition, along with pending applications, stands disposed of, as having become infructuous.
