Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. 3.

The application stands disposed of.

CRL.M.C. 1762/2020 4.

This petition is filed with the following prayer:- "a) Grant interim bail or parole or custody parole of 14 days of any number of days as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court, to the Petitioner to attend to her ailing widowed mother and to perform last funeral rites of her deceased father and allow travel to Amritsar, Punjab; b) Pass such other and further orders or directions, as may be deemed fit and proper."

The petitioner prays for custody parole/interim bail to attend the last rites of his deceased father at Amritsar, Punjab. The investigating officer of the case is present he has already verified the factum of death of the father of the applicant.

In the circumstances, custody parole is granted to the applicant to SHARMA

perform last rites of her father at118, Shakti Nagar, Inside Lahori Gate, Amritsar, Punjab. She be taken to the above said address on 09.09.2020 and shall mark her appearance at PS Lahori Gate, D Division, Amritsar. The applicant may be allowed to stay at the above house for about 10 hours for performing last rites and to meet with her family members and then she be brought back and be lodged in Tihar Jail, Delhi. The time to and fro of the journey shall be excluded.

The petition stands disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.

At this stage the learned counsel for the applicant submits the applicant is in custody since last four and half months and she is not in a position to bear the expenses of journey. This aspect be also looked into sympathetically by the Jail authorities.

Copy of this order be communicated electronically to the Jail Superintendent for compliance.
