This application has been filed by the respondent no.5 inter alia seeking that the respondent no.1 be directed to issue a fresh passport with the minor child's new address i.e., S-114, Third Floor, Greater Kailash I, New Delhi.

It is further sought that the said passport be directly deposited before the Ld. Family Court without handing over the same to either of the parents i.e., the petitioner and the respondent no.5 herein. 3.
It is noticed that a status report was filed by the respondent no.1 to 4 pursuant to directions contained in the order dated 21.06.2023 passed by this Court. It has been mentioned therein that vide Passport Application No. DL4078071371223 dated 13.06.2023, the respondent no.5 has applied for a passport for her minor son i.e. Shakyasimha Singh. The status report further discloses that along with the said application, the respondent no.5 has enclosed Annexure-C as duly prescribed, in terms of which the respondent no.5 has made a declaration that she is applying for a passport for a minor child as a single parent. 5.
During the course of hearing, learned counsel for respondents accede to the prayers sought by the petitioner in the present application. 6.
It is further agreed by respective counsel for the parties that the address mentioned in the aforesaid annexure-C shall be changed so as to reflect the current new address of the minor child of the concerned applicant i.e., S-114, Third Floor, Greater Kailash I, New Delhi. It is further agreed that the name of the biological father (Respondent No. 5) shall be duly reflected in the passport. Let the petitioner take requisite steps in this regard. 7.
Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits, on instructions that the aforesaid application filed by the respondent no.5 shall be processed as expeditiously as possible, and as and when the passport is issued the same shall be deposited before the concerned Ld. Family Court [as directed vide order dated 18.01.2023 passed by the concerned Family Court 01-South East District, Saket].

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press for any further orders in the present petition. The same is accordingly disposed of in terms of the above directions.
