Status report has been filed by the MCD on 16th August 2024, which is on record. The Court has perused the same, where detailed narration about the sealing process having been carried out, including photographs, has been appended.

The communication to the authorities for disconnection of electricity and water supply, has also been made, as also, to the SHO, PS Hauz Quazi, to keep strict watch and ward over the property. 3.

The companies providing utilities and SHO, PS Hauz Quazi, are directed to comply with the request of the MCD. 4.

In view of the status report, the petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same, in case there is any residual issue. 5.
