The present petition under Sections 10, 11 and 12 read with Section 2(b) of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks the following prayers: - "1. Initiating Contempt Proceedings against the Respondent No 1/ Virender Singh Yadav And Respondent No 2/ Nisha , for wilful disobedience and non compliance with the guidelines laid down in__ "Amandeep Singh Johar Vs State Of NCT Of Delhi" in WP(C)7608/2017 passed by the Hon'ble High Court Of Delhi, and / or,
2. Initiate Contempt proceedings against Respondent No 3 for failing to Sensitize The Police Officials despite there being a Notification dated 02.05.2018 in force, which mandates that any notice U/S 41 A Cr P C must be sent in the prescribed format, And/or:
