The Petitioner has filed the instant petition challenging the Order dated 16.01.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala House Court in SC No. 77/2023 disposing of a petition filed by the Petitioner under Section 207 CrPC arising out of FIR No. 237/2022 dated 04.08.2022 registered at Police Station Special Cell for offences under Section 17 & 18 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, and Section 120B of the IPC.
