The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR No.331/2018, U/s 498-A/406/34 IPC & P.S. Farsh Bazar, Delhi, if any, in the interest of justice. Any other or further relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in favour of the parties, in the interest of justice". 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that with respect to the instant prayer a fresh petition has been filed i.e., CRL.M .C. 3484/2024, as a typographical error had occurred in the present petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 3.

Leave granted.
