The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying for interim bail for a period of forty-five days in terms of the guidelines issued by the High Powered Committee of this Court.

Ms Dhalla, learned APP points out that similar application had been filed by the petitioner (Bail Application No.485/2020), which was dismissed by this Court on 14.07.2020.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh petition disclosing all the material facts.
