The present petition has been filed for setting aside of the order dated 27.04.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rouse Avenue, New Delhi whereby the respondent was granted bail. 2.

Vide order dated 04.07.2022, this Court while issuing notice in the petition had stayed the impugned order dated 27.04.2022 as a result of which the respondent was not released on bail. Even otherwise the respondent was stated to be in custody in another case.

The learned CGSC appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition the petitioner has been convicted in the case and has been formerly taken into custody, therefore, the present The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. petition seeking cancellation of bail has become infructuous. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
