None has appeared on behalf of the petitioners despite repeated passovers.

Perusal of the record reveals that this writ petition was earlier dismissed in default on 21st February, 2013 and pursuant to the CM No.3904/2013 filed by the petitioners, the same was restored to its original position vide order dated 25th April, 2014. Thereafter, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioners on the subsequent dates. 3.

It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing this writ petition and the same is hereby once again dismissed in default as well as for non-prosecution.
