This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking interim bail on the ground of COVID-19, in case FIR No.264/2018 under Sections 302/109/34 IPC and Section 25 & 27 Arms Act registered at PS Seelampur, Delhi. The applicant is running in custody since 17.08.2018. 5.

I have perused order of the learned Session's Court which dismissed the bail application stating interalia there are two other cases pending against the accused. The learned counsel for the applicant submits all the 17 witnesses have not deposed against him and he intends to file a regular bail application before the learned Session's Court.

In the circumstances, the application stands dismissed as withdrawn and in case the applicant herein files a regular bail application before the learned Session's Court, the same may be dealt with on merits. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
