During course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he seeks liberty to move an appropriate application before the trial court to make the payments as per the directions contained in the order dated 25th February, 2026, and for withdrawal of warrant of attachment as issued vide impugned order dated 24th March, 2026. It is submitted that the that the present petition may be disposed of as withdrawn with this liberty. 3.
Keeping in view the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as sought, in accordance with law. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
