O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning an order dated 08.04.2019, whereby the petitioner's request for grant of parole has been rejected on the ground that the petitioner had not furnished any compelling reasons.

The petitioner has sought parole on the ground of establishing social ties and also for filing a Special Leave Petition before the Supreme Court. 3.

The nominal roll has been filed and it indicates that the petitioner's conduct in prison has been satisfactory. It is also seen that the petitioner has served a substantial part of his sentence.

In view of the above, this Court is unable to sustain the orders rejecting the petitioner's parole. The petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of

his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- and one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent.

The petitioner shall ensure that he is reachable at all times and shall surrender within the stipulated period.
