CRL.M.C. 2779/2019 & CRL.M.A. 11171/2019 In this petition quashing of FIR No. 239/2015, under Sections 506/509 of IPC, registered at police station Dwarka, Delhi is sought on merits.

Learned counsel for petitioner informs that case is coming before trial court for hearing on the point of charge on 3rd July, 2019. Since petitioner has an alternate and efficacious remedy to seek discharge from trial court by urging the pleas taken herein, therefore, this Court is not inclined to exercise its extraordinary inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

This petition and application are accordingly disposed of without commenting upon merits of this case.
