Learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent no.1 and submits that he has not received the copies of the present applications. The same have been handed over in the Court today. He seeks time to file reply.

Let the needful be done within a period of two weeks. On taking steps within one week let notice be served upon the respondent no.2. On receipt of the notice the said respondent is directed to file reply to the said application, if any, within two weeks thereafter. Renotify on 28th February, 2019.
