Mr. Modi, ld. counsel for the non-applicant/landlord on his part submits that the applicant has failed to even pay the agreed amount in consonance with the orders passed by the Court on 01.08.2019 besides failing to provide receipts of deposit of water and electricity charges. Taking note of the submissions of Mr. Modi, the application is adjourned to 06.07.2020.
