% 24.05.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby quashing the action of respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner to the post of TGT (Hindi) for promotion to the aforesaid post, as per the recruitment rules as notified on 27.02.1997. For the aforesaid purpose, petitioner made representations dated 07.04.2018 (Annexure P-19) and dated 14.01.2019 (Annexure P-20) to respondents nos.3 & 4. However, till date, there is no response from the said respondents.

Keeping in view the averments made in the present petition and submissions of the counsel for the petitioner, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondent nos.3 & 4 to take decision on the

representation made by the petitioner mentioned above within two months from the receipt of this order and the decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
