The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent/ MCD to take action against the illegal construction raised by respondent no.2 in property being Khasra No. 82 and 83 of Sarai Pipal Thala, Delhi in the colony namely, Mahindra Park, Delhi, now known as 5/5, Mile Stone, G.T. Karnal Road, Azadpur, Delhi (hereinafter 'subject property').

A status report is stated to be filed on behalf of respondent no.1/ MCD.

Copy of the same has been handed over in Court and is taken on record.
