This is a joint application filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 to record the compromise between the parties. 2.

The application is duly signed by the representatives of the parties and is duly supported by affidavits.

The terms of the settlement have been detailed in paragraph no.3 of this application.

I have gone through the terms of the settlement and do not find the same to be unlawful.

5.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 6.

The application stands disposed of.

In view of the order passed in I.A. 13162/2025 above, the present suit is decreed in terms of paragraph 50(a) to 50(f) of the plaint. 8.

Counsel for the plaintiff does not press for the remaining reliefs. 9.

Let the decree sheet be drawn up accordingly. 10.

The aforesaid application shall form a part of the decree. 11.

In view of the fact that the matter has been settled at initial stage, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 50% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff in terms of Section 16A of the Court Fees Act, 1870.
