% 08.09.2020 IA. 7899/2020 (for exemption) For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed. Petitioners are exempted from filing original / certified / typed copies / entire arbitration record.
Application stands disposed of.
O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 269/2020 At the outset, Mr. Kartik Nayar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has drawn my attention to para 48 of the petition to contend that the narration is incorrect inasmuch the petitioners had earlier filed application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the learned Arbitrator, which was dismissed by him. In fact, he has shared on screen the order passed by the learned Arbitrator. On a specific query in that regard to Mr. Praveen Mahajan, learned
counsel for the petitioner, he pleaded ignorance in so far as the order of the learned Arbitrator on Section 17 application. At this stage, Mr. Mahajan seeks to withdraw the petition.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
