The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent no. 1/Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), to take action towards the illegal and unauthorized construction in the property bearing no. 3371/1-2, Christian Colony, Saraswati Marg, Karol Bagh, New Delhi110005. 2.

Per contra, learned counsel for respondent no. 1/ MCD, on advance notice, upon instructions, submits that the construction in the property in question, is pursuant to the sanctioned building plan, from the MCD. 3.

Considering the aforesaid, no orders are required to be passed by this Court. However, MCD is directed to ensure that the construction in the property, is carried out in accordance with the sanctioned building plan, and that there are no deviations, with respect thereto.
