W.P.(C) 6113/2020 This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:- "Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions to the Respondent No. 1 to issue a fresh/rectified class X grade sheet cum performance certificate to the Petitioner and a fresh/rectified class XII marksheet to the petitioner with the corrected/rectified name of the father of the Petitioner as DHRM VIR SINGH.

ii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions to the Respondent No. I to issue a fresh/rectified class X grade sheet cum performance certificate to the Petitioner

and a fresh/rectified class XII marksheet to the petitioner with the corrected/rectified name of the mother of the Petitioner as SULOCHANA."

Learned counsel for the respondent/CBSE states that CBSE has agreed to accept the request of the petitioner to issue a fresh/rectified marksheet for Class 10th and 12th with the corrected names of the father and the mother provided the petitioner surrenders the old marksheets. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the father of the petitioner is at the Office of CBSE and will be doing the needful. Petitioner will complete all other requisite formalities. Binding the respondent to the above submission, present petition is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J SEPTEMBER 8, 2020/n
