The present petition is directed against order dated 14th November, 2018, wherein the Petitioner was charged for the offences under Sections 376(2)(n)/377/342/323/328/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.

However, during the pendency of the present proceedings, the trial stood concluded and by order dated 28th August, 2024, the Petitioner has been acquitted.

In light of the above, the relief sought in the present petition is rendered infructuous. It is for this reason perhaps that there has been no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner for the last two dates, 22nd October, 2024 and 11th February, 2025. The same position continues today. 4.

Disposed of.
