Learned Counsel for the plaintiff states that the settlement between the parties have been substantially complied with. 2.

He states that the only remaining term of the settlement which has to be complied by the defendant is handing over of the vacant peaceful possession of the two rooms on the ground floor of the property bearing no. 16/18-H, Gali no. 1, Tank Road, BAPA Nagar, Karol Bagh, Delhi-110005 ('16/18-H property').

He states that the defendant has sought an additional period of two (2) months to comply with the said term.

The statement of the plaintiff is taken on record. The defendant is directed to ensure that the physical vacant possession of the 16/18-H property is handed over to the plaintiff as agreed to between the parties. 5.

Since this matter already stands disposed of vide order dated 25.01.2024, this Court finds no purpose in posting the matter again.
