The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner- Suresh Batheja under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, assailing the Orderin-Original No. 100/GST/ADC/CHD/2024-25 dated 31st January 2025 passed by the Additional Commissioner Common Adjudicating Authority, CGST Commissionerate, Chandigarh.
