1. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMC) on 15.10.2024. A copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 15.10.2024 has been placed on record. They, therefore, pray that the appeal be disposed of in terms of the said Settlement Agreement.

2. In the light of the aforesaid stand taken by the parties, the appeal alongwith pending application is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 15.10.2024 making it clear that the impugned judgment will no longer be enforceable.
