The present petition has been filed, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties arising out of Agreement No. EE/SPED/16 of 2016-17 for works being C/o Various Buildings under Phase - I for Saffron Park at Pampore, Pulwama (J&K) for National Horticulture Board, Srinagar. 2.
The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal was extended on 28.06.2023, by mutual consent of the parties, until 17.11.2023. 3.
Learned counsel for the parties state that the award was reserved by the learned Arbitrator on 16.09.2023.

Pursuant to the order dated 02.05.2024, Ms. Garima Sachdeva, learned counsel for the Union of India, states that the respondent has no O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 345/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the petition is allowed, and the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a period of eight months from 17.11.2023.
