This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "i) Issue an appropriate writ/order/direction quashing THE letter dated 15.10.2018 issued by the respondents calling upon the petitioner to pay an exorbitant amount of Rs. 13,14,535/- towards the charges in respect to the DDA flat allotted to the petitioner and with the further direction to recalculate the amount;"

After some arguments, Mr. Vashisht, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions states that the petitioner shall deposit the amount demanded in the letter dated 15.10.2018 within 3 months from today.

On deposit of the same, the Delhi Development Authority ("DDA") shall execute the conveyance deed in favour of the petitioner.
