O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 349/2024

1. The petition has been filed under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking an extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal to conclude the arbitration proceedings.

2. Earlier, the extension was granted for nine months in O.M.P. (COMM) 418/2023. The mandate is stated to be expiring on 08.05.2024. The Case is stated to be at the stage of final arguments.

3. Issue notice.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent has accepted the notice.
