The present Petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitrator by 12 months from the date viz., 31.03.2024 when it expired.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent on advance notice submits that he has no objection if the present petition is allowed. 3.

In view of the submissions made, the present petition is allowed, and the mandate of the Arbitrator is hereby extended by 12 months from the date viz., 31.03.2024 when it expired.
