This is a petition on behalf of the Petitioner- BDR Builders and Developers Pvt. Ltd. under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the ld. Sole Arbitrator. 3.

It is stated in the petition that disputes in the present case arise out of the Agreement to Sell dated 19th July, 2014 (hereinafter, 'Agreement'). The Agreement is stated to have entered between the parties herein with respect to property bearing No.A-19, Block B-1 Extension, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi admeasuring 663.68 Square Yards. Further, disputes arose between the parties and the matter was referred to arbitration. The ld. Accordingly, the mandate of the ld. Arbitrator is extended for a period of four months from today.
