The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to take action against the illegal and unauthorized construction in property bearing no. 2989/1C1, Gali No. 15, Ranjit Nagar, New Delhi, which falls in Khasra No. 2, Revenue Estate of Village Shadipur, Delhi. Per contra, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1/Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), has handed over a copy of the Saral Scheme under which the said building plan has been sanctioned. 3.
Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 has handed over a copy of the sanctioned building plan, which is duly approved by the MCD. 4.
If that be the case, no orders are required to be passed by this Court. 5.
However, MCD is directed to ensure that the construction in the property in question, is in accordance with the approved and sanctioned building plan.

In case of any deviations in the construction of the property in question, requisite action shall be taken by the MCD. 7.
With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition, along with the pending application, stands disposed of.
