Respondent no.2, appearing in person through video conferencing, submits that pursuant to the orders passed by the learned executing court, the vacant and peaceful possession of the suit premises has already been handed over by the petitioners on 22.04.2025. 2.

In view thereof, as held by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in N.C. Daga vs. Inder Mohan Singh Rana [2003(1) SCC 453] and Vinod Kumar Verma vs. Manmohan Verma & Anr. [Civil Appeal Nos.52205221 of 2008, order dated 19.08.2008], the present petition has become infructuous as there is nothing surviving therein. 3.
