The counsel for the petitioner states that this petition seeking to restrain the respondents from disturbing the petitioner from street vending from opposite New Delhi Public Library, Near Sulabh Sauchalya, Mini Market, Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi be disposed of in terms of order dated 29th January, 2016 in W.P.(C) No.722/2016 titled Shashikant Yadav Vs. Chairman, NDMC.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.

It is however clarified that the petitioner, in accordance with law, would be entitled to approach the Town Vending Committee. No costs.
