% 04.10.2024 1.

Vide order dated 18.09.2024, the Hon'ble Court has, inter alia, directed as under:- ".....

1.1 Furthermore, Mr Seth says that he also has instructions that the amount deposited in the Court, pursuant to the order dated 07.05.2024, should be released in favour of the respondent.....

To be noted, the respondent has also joined the proceedings through video conferencing.

2.1 Mr Seth has identified Mr Mayank Singhal.

Accordingly, the appeals stand withdrawn.

The Registry will release the money deposited by the appellant to the respondent or his authorized representative.

4.1 For this purpose, list the matter before the learned Registrar General....."

As per office report RFA (Comm.) 161/2024 and 164/2024 are connected matters and an amount of Rs.3,25,746/- has been deposited in RFA (Comm.) 161/2024, which is lying in the shape of an FDR. 3.

Respondent is present in person and requests that the amount may be released to him in compliance of the aforesaid order passed by the Hon'ble Court. He has also placed on record copy of his aadhar card. 4.

Learned counsel for the appellant also submits that the present appeals have been withdrawn and the amount deposited by the appellant in RFA (Comm.) 161/2024 may be released to the respondent. 5.

In view of the above, Registrar (B&A) is directed to release the entire amount deposited in RFA (Comm.) 161/.2024 alongwith accrued interest to the respondent in terms of the aforesaid order of the Hon'ble Court against proper verification and receipt.
